I love helping protect our clients’ vision. Our clients live life on their own terms, and it is rewarding to see their hard work develop into a successful brand. Trademark law is challenging, complex, and interesting, but above all, it allows me to work with people and companies I admire.
I focus my practice on trademark selection, clearance, prosecution, and enforcement, including proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
I first developed an interest in branding during college internships at CNN and MTV.
I graduated from The University of Alabama, summa cum laude, and The University of Alabama School of Law, cum laude, where I served on the Alabama Law Review, Campbell Moot Court Board, and the Bruce B. Siegal Intellectual Property Moot Court Team.
